Information here is related to the cancellation of the 2020 Crop on the Cape event due to the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. Read our cancellation statement.
What we are doing
Our cancellation policy stands. There are no refunds, no exceptions.
However, we will honor your 2020 registration for the 2021 event. For example, if you purchased Package A with a phantom seat and the Super Size option, you will receive the same package next year at no additional cost to you. The event will be held on March 18-21, 2021.
If you choose to attend the 2021 event…
If you choose NOT to attend…
Please fill out this form and answer “No” to question #4. This will add your name to our cancellation list. Should we have a waitlist for the 2021 event, we will fill your seat with a person from the waitlist and refund you at that time for the 2020 package you had purchased.
Note: the order of the cancellation list is based on when you registered for the 2020 event. We will work our way down the cancellation list as we receive people on our waitlist.
What about my hotel room?
If you reserved a room with The Hyannis Resort & Conference Center, they will be giving you a full refund. There is no need to contact them, they will be processing the refunds next week.
We will have information on booking your room for the 2021 event soon.
What about my classes?
We are contacting everyone that was signed up for classes this week 3/23. If you haven’t heard, please email us [email protected]
What about the shirt I ordered?
If you purchased any gear (shirt, hoodie, etc.), we can either hold it for you until next year or ship it to you at your cost. If you haven’t done so already, please fill out this form to let us know how you want to handle your gear.
3/24/20 we have shipped all shirts for those who indicated they wanted this. If you have any questions please email us [email protected]
What about my massage appointment?
If you have scheduled a massage, we will keep the same day (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and time you booked for the 2020 event and move it to 2021. You won’t have to re-book your appointment(s).

Our vendors have spent a lot of time and money preparing for the event. Most have had to invest in extra product in order to be fully stocked at the Crop. I would encourage you to please reach out to them and place an order should you need anything. You can find all of their contact info here.
