Join Cheiron for an introduction to all things Alcohol Ink. Whether you are brand new to alcohol inks or have had them in your stash for a while this class is for you. Cheiron will teach you the basics of using the alcohol inks, how not to make “mud” when selecting colors. The focus of this class will be exploring what you can do with alcohol inks including creating basic backgrounds, painting with alcohol inks, alcohol lift ink and using your alcohol inks with stamps and stencils.
Required Student Supplies: non-stick craft sheet, apron, gloves (if you must), notebook to take notes if you like.
Cheiron Brandon is an avid card maker and has been teaching monthly card making classes in NYC for almost 10 years. She loves to create cards that incorporate mixed media supplies and frequently uses her favorite color (rainbow) on her projects. She has done design work for many companies including Hero Arts, Mama Elephant, Neat and Tangled, Simon Says Stamp, Tim Holtz and Dina Wakley. She currently contributes a monthly feature to the Ranger Ink blog and is part of the Neat and Tangled design team.
