You can always log into your account at www.shurkus.com/my-account and see what you have registered and signed up for.
Will you have t-shirts, hoodies, and other crafty gear for sale at the event?
We will offer a pre-sale of various fun designs and colors of sweatshirts, t-shirts, etc.. This pre-sale is only available to those registered for the 2025 event. Can I bring my family members or friends to Crop on the Cape?
We understand that many of you travel to the event with your family. However, due to space constraints and Emeral Resort regulations, the crop room/ballroom and classrooms are only for registered attendees. If your husband, wife, partner, children, relatives, or friends would like to visit the main crop/ballroom, that is acceptable, but they may not stay for extended periods of time.
What size is the table space I will be working in?
Two 8′ by 2′ 6″ tables are pushed together, and 4 people share that space. Each person has an area that is 4 feet by 2′ 6″ (30 inches).
Do I get to choose who I will sit with?
When registering, you can list the names of the people you wish to sit with. If your group is larger than 4, please list as many as you can in your group, and we will do the best we can to accommodate. Please be sure everyone in your group lists the SAME people and the SAME first and last name on their registrations. As I am sure you can imagine, mapping out the seating chart is the trickiest part of this event. Our priority is that you can sit with your group of friends. We do our best to accommodate requests, but there are no guarantees. If you are coming with friends, one person should register everyone in your group. This assures seating requests are accurate.
Do people attend alone?
Yes, there are a large number of people who come alone each year. Most end up making new, crafty friends before the end of the weekend.
What payment options are available when registering?
You will be able to pay with either a credit card or PayPal. The full registration amount is due at the time of registration.
Can I register for myself and a friend?
Yes, it is recommended that when attending with friends, you have one person register the whole group. You can register for multiple people and yourself at the time of registration. Be sure to know everyone’s first name, last name, and email address. If the people you registered want to sign up for any classes or pre-order gear, please have them set up an account here and email us so we can add the Crop on the Cape membership to their account so they can access offers.
Can I sit in on a class with a friend who is registered?
Classes are only for those who have registered for that specific class.
